With a former England coach as the instructor with 20 years of teaching experience, and several former or current England Squad juniors as assistants, these are very well taught classes. You don't have to be fit to join any of our classes, but you'll certainly improve your fitness dong them. We work to a very high standard in all of our classes and the teens and adults classes are without exception. We have over the years produced many England team members, so whilst working to that kind of level may not be your intention, you'll certainly have the opportunity to go as far as possible should you wish to do so. All elements of Taekwon-Do are taught including some very useful self-defence. The classes run throughout the year, but often switch to a revised timetable in the school holidays.
