If you're free on a Wednesday or Friday morning but don't really do "the gym", then these classes are for you! Punch and kick pad drills to keep you in shape with some serious self-defence too. Unlike our Thursday evening session, there's no actual sparring in this class, just fitness and fun, so they're great for keeping in shape. The classes run in the school term only, so when the kids are off school, you're not committed to attend. Perfect!
